Please click on the PDF file below. After printing the file you can then return the completed form to the sacristy after Mass or you can put it in the collection basket or you could waste 44 cents and mail it to the rectory. Whatever you choose, thank you for registering in the Parish.

               we are always looking for those whom God has blest with a voice to lead the congregation in song

               we are always looking for those who would wish to serve as a Greeter before the Liturgy

               we are always looking for those whom the Holy Spirit has given the Charisma to teach our faith

               we are always looking for those whom Jesus calls to serve the needy, neglected and modern poor

               we are always looking for those who would wish to serve at the Liturgy

               we are always looking for those whom the Holy Spirit has blest with wonder, awe and ideas to make the parish more viable and self sufficient.

The point is we are looking for you! Now that you are a member of the parish, please make yourself known to me, Fr. Ray, the pastor. I long to meet you and to personally welcome you home. I'll also give you a box of envelopes to help support your new home, ( hey, we're in the real world here!)
